A regional response for a new house at Wanaka,with a pair of large gables flanking & forming protected courtyards to the north & south,framing views to the dramatic mountainous landscape.
The forms have been proportioned to ensure the house feels “settled” into it’s site,& materiality chosen to enhance the context.
